Cleo is having a hard time with notarization. Cleo is removing it as an option until Cleo understands it better.

In the meantime, Cleo gives you a copyable list of commands they use to process your application, and better formatting in the output to read it more easily.

Cleo also fixed a flag that seems to have stopped working on the newest XCode.
